Leasing Assistant


Job description:

1. Assist customers in mobilization, decoration, demobilization management and other customer services;
2. Assist in the collection of relevant fees and legal documents;
3. Regularly sort out, summarize and check the contract account, the property leasing situation of each project and the fee collection situation
4. Assist the Investment Manager to collect and sort out the surrounding market research and customer data, visit customers and complete the investment promotion task;
5. Assist in expanding investment channels, sorting out information of each channel, participating in signing negotiations, drafting lease contracts, and submitting approval processes;
6. Other matters assigned by leaders.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, marketing, business administration, law and other related majors are preferred, under 30 years old;
2.1 At least years of experience in investment attraction leasing and property management in industrial parks, office buildings, commerce and other industries or outstanding fresh graduates;
3. Skillfully use all kinds of office software, have certain legal knowledge and financial knowledge, cheerful personality and strong learning ability.
