Job description:

1. According to the development of the company and the characteristics of each project, organize and carry out the preliminary market research, business type research and analysis, and prepare the market research report;
2. Organize to calculate the rental return of each project, formulate a series of documents such as project positioning, business type layout, business type planning, and investment promotion planning, collect and summarize information about industry competitors, benchmark projects, and key interested customers, achieve accurate implementation of investment promotion, be responsible for investment promotion performance indicators, and achieve the investment promotion tasks and indicators of each project;
3. Comprehensively promote investment promotion, formulate various business process standards, and manage, coordinate, supervise and review various business negotiations and contract signing;
4. Coordinate the overall work and department information construction of the Investment Promotion Department, establish and improve department management systems and processes, and ensure the normal operation of the Investment Promotion Department;
5. Provide business guidance and training for department employees, and establish an effective performance appraisal and incentive mechanism;
7. Maintain a good long-term cooperative relationship with customers, provide various value-added services according to customer needs, and enhance brand image and value;
8. Other work assigned by leaders.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, business administration and law is preferred, under 40 years old;
2. More than eight years of investment attraction experience in industrial parks, industrial parks and office buildings, and more than three years of management experience in the same position;
3. Be familiar with the operation and management of real estate investment promotion, and master the national policies and regulations of the real estate industry; Have good organization and management ability, communication and coordination ability, leadership decision-making ability, and customer relationship management ability.
