Job description:
1. To accurately analyze the needs of target customers at various important marketing nodes (festivals, exhibition industries, etc.) for the brands of Gaoshi Group, and create a creative marketing plan that combines multiple marketing methods;
2. Keep an eye on hot topics and new marketing trends, and provide creative support for the whole marketing plan in terms of themes, graphics/videos and other content and channel play methods;
3. Independently complete brand planning scheme and video content planning scheme, including accurate demand analysis, industry and consumer insight, pain point mining, core theme creativity, content strategy, communication strategy, media strategy, etc;
4. For landing projects (exhibitions), they can effectively control the pace and effect of project implementation, independently take charge of the coordination of all aspects of the project, have the ability to report and explain the plan, and have strong communication and understanding ability;
5. Work closely with other departments to optimize the display content.
Job requirements:
1. Under the age of 35, bachelor's degree or above is required. Majors in marketing, advertising, communication and journalism are preferred;
2. More than 3 years of relevant experience, with the operation experience of Xiaohongshu, Tiaoyin and video number preferred;
3. Good insight, creativity and imagination, broad range, big brain hole, clear logic, and in-depth understanding of new play methods of Internet creativity;
4. Good communication ability, cross departmental collaboration ability, strong learning ability, and good resistance to pressure;
5. Be able to apply video editing related skills, such as film clipping, etc., and be proficient in office
