Manager of Production Department
Job description:
1. Comprehensively plan the work of the Production Department, organize and implement all production work according to the company's instructions, and complete the production tasks on time with quality and quantity guaranteed;
2. Be responsible for safety production management, organize on-site production safety risk screening, and supervise the implementation;
3. Be responsible for quality management, organize the formulation and implementation of product inspection;
4. Be responsible for equipment management, organize relevant personnel to check the cause of equipment failure, arrange maintenance, and do a good job in daily maintenance of equipment;
5. Be responsible for conducting pre job technical and safety training for production personnel, implementing the company's and department's training plans, and improving the level of operating skills;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Under the age of 5, college degree or above (can be relaxed for excellent students), major in mechanical manufacturing and automation;
2. Have more than three years of factory production line management experience, and be familiar with the mechanical equipment operation process and maintenance operation;
3. Working experience in organic sand factory, and understanding of the production process and equipment of machine-made sand is preferred;
4. Have strong organization and production management ability, and be hardworking.
