Job description:

1. Participate in the formulation of project design specifications, product standards, professional technical measures and requirements, formulate the time plan for the professional drawing at each stage, and participate in the preparation of the corresponding cost budget;
2. Organize relevant special discussion reports, disclosure and drawing review meetings, and report the design solutions to the superior and company leaders for decision-making;
3. Communicate and coordinate with the design unit, survey unit and review unit, implement the requirements of Party A, and control the design quality and schedule;
4. Comprehensively review the professional drawings, find problems, put forward professional opinions and optimization suggestions, and meet the requirements of Party A and specifications;
5. Go deep into the construction site, cooperate with the project department, cost department and construction unit to coordinate and solve the site design problems;
6. Collect and sort out the application of new technologies, new processes and new materials related to the discipline, and provide technical consulting services for the company's decision-making level and relevant departments;
7. Ensure to control and manage according to the design requirements, time schedule and cost budget proposed in the design specification;
8. Complete other daily and temporary tasks assigned by the superior.

Job requirements:

1. Be familiar with various design specifications and mandatory provisions of current structures, detailed survey, foundation pit and slope support, prefabricated buildings and other disciplines, and be familiar with the development trend of the industry;
2. Have experience in construction drawing design and management coordination ability;
3. Strong ability to analyze and solve on-site problems;
4. At least five years of experience in design institute, real estate structure design or design management;
5. Skillfully operate common office software and CAD
